8 Week Feel Great Bootcamp

A really fun way to move your body, feel great and do something
fabulous for your fitness and your health!

If you’re struggling to get motivated, back on track or need a bit of a push leading into Summer then I’d love to help you!
Come and join an awesome group of women who enjoy working out but having a really good laugh and de-stress at the same time!

By joining us for this round you’ll be accountable to me, it takes all of that self motivation and thinking out of it!
It’s that little bit easier when you’ve got a set time to show up and I promise you’ll feel amazing afterwards!

Starting on Monday 6th of September!

We’ll be mixing up all of our workouts to make them fun and varied.
It’ll be a mix of boxing, circuits, cardio, challenges, abs – you name it!
I will always show you options to make it harder or easier, depending on what you need on the day!

The only difference is it will be online and in the comfort of your own home
Yay no extra time needed to rush places or sit in traffic!
Also you don’t need much room or any equipment (however if you have some we can incorporate it in if you’d like!) 

And unlike generic apps or just following a video/FB live stream that doesn’t give you any feedback or a push when you’re ready to stop 😉 …
I’m watching your form so I can give you feedback, cheer you on… or give you some Amanda LOVE when needed… ahem!

Starting Monday 6th of September;

Sessions will run every Monday from 6:00pm – 6:45pm
(Workouts are 45mins).
Sessions will run for 8 weeks

$7.50 p/w for Secret Squirrels (Members)
OR $20 p/w for Bootcamp ONLY

(And even if you’re ‘tech’ adverse I promise I’ll make this really easy so all you have to do is show up 😘)

** For those of you who are shy or hate seeing yourself on the screen there is a SUPER SIMPLE fix!
At every workout you’ve got the option to HIDE your screen which means that you don’t have to see or watch yourself.
So exactly like when we’re face to face/in person when you can’t see what you’re doing! The screen will be spotlighted on me so other’s won’t be focused on you either and importantly you can follow along to what I’m doing and not have to feel self concious or letting your Mean Girl get nasty about how you look! (Yup, I’ve been here and felt that too so I completely get it!)
As above it’s really simple to hide your video so you can focus on moving, and doing something to help yourself feel better right now.
Plus I can walk you through how to do it each time if you’re unsure! 😘

I’ll admit I never really want to do a workout and often don’t feel like doing it…. But I’m always SO GLAD that I have afterwards.
It really helps me get through the week, I always sleep better and I just feel so good afterwards. It goes so quickly and hearing others whinge makes me know I’m not the only one suffering haha.
I’m looking forward to the next round!

I was a little nervouse, it’s been a while and my fitness level is probably zero. 

It was good because you are more accountabile and I did get sweaty! I’m glad I started even though I tried talking myself out of it tonight!

Hi, my daughter was pretty shitty (her words) when I MADE her do bootcamp tonight with me.

She has told me that she hates to admit this but she really enjoyed it and it really helped and she thinks it helped her mental health too. Massive impact apparently.

She wanted to tell you at the end of the zoom but it finished. She has also asked for bootcamp to continue because she is enjoying it that much 🙂🙂🙂

You don’t realise HOW MUCH you miss the training session. Why do I need to sometimes talk myself into it? 😉

I never truly realised just how much the support is needed, I’ve always just done stuff on my own and that’s why I haven’t really succeeded. You want people in your corner cheering you on.
