Hehehe thought I’d give you a bit of a giggle and share my Birthday Burpees with you… only fair after all of that torture I inflict on you guys right? hehe
Oh and by the way, you’ll be pleased to know that I did do another 33 burpees off camera… doh! I thought I’d only done 3 on video… and apparently “bonus one’s done count” – damn you karma damn you hehe 😛
